Adeola is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s mental health and adult care (18+). She offers a modern, compassionate approach that blends holistic wellness with evidence-based treatment.
She focuses on whole-person care—integrating psychotherapy, medication management when needed, and mindfulness-based strategies to support balance, resilience, and long-term well-being.
